machak10
Hi forum,i have a small problem if you can take look at it and help me.I recently upgraded my PC case from mid-sized Sharkoon Rebel9 to big-tower sized CoolerMaster Storm Trooper. Problem is that fitting outside fan on back of the case turned into "Mission impossible" since back of the case is kind of "elevated" and screws now don't even touch radiator. They are about 5 mm to short.Any advice where/how to get them is really appreciated beceause i was unable to find them in my area/province even in my country (Croatia btw..).I've found some links on this forum but i find ridiculous to pay 40-60 € for shipping 4 screws.. Regards http://i49.tinypic.com/j0en8j.jpg
zooper
I had a problem like that with a Corsair 550 case. The rubber sound dampening washers prevented the screws from hitting the radiator on an H80i. Without the rubber washers, the holes were too big for the head of the bolt. I used 1 1/2 inch number 6 x 32 stainless screws that cost 40 cents US each. I'm not sure what you would need in Europe.
