waveler
I bought a corsair speaker 2 weeks ago,i was satisfied with it until last week one of the satellite speakers had a problem the cone on the speaker came off with only the volume at around 75% while playing music. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a34/waveler/Forums%20etc/IMG-20121125-00056.jpg does this qualify for an RMA? I contacted the local store and they said that corsair claimed this to be a physical damage.
Synthohol
Gaming Audio Series™ (Models HS1, HS1A, SP2500, and SP2200) have a 2 year warranty. please use the link on the left and you can request an RMA. what is your stores return policy? if its 30 days you should be able to exchange it, especially since there is no way you would knock the cone off yourself. waveler
The local store (altech computers - corsair distributor here in UAE) here is still coordinating with corsair, they requested me a new photo and I think they will forward it again. I will gladly do an RMA on this one if corsair will pay for the shipping charges.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 10, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 10, 2012 Please work with your reseller since they are local to you as I am sure they can replace them. But if they will not or cannot help you then please make the RMA request directly with us.
