Just bought an USB flash drive abd didnt even got a chance to use it

So as the title said I got my Flash Voyager 32GB USB 3.0 memory stick yesterday and when I plugged it in my laptop windows installed this "Innostor NAND Flash USB Device" driver that still shows up every time I plug in the memory stick but it just doesn't show up for me to format or explore...

 

I have tried re-installing the drivers, still didn't work... Computer Management doesn't recognize it so i cant format it that way... but in Disk Management it appears as "Disk 1 Removable(G:) No Media" and doesn't let me do anything but change that G: label and properties, changing the label doesn't work either and in properties says is is working properly

 

I have hope that I'm just missing something and don't have to RMA...

Where did you purchase the drive from and what are the numbers that are etched on the USB Connector?

I bought it via amazon and the numbers are 32G and 123503106 on one side and 000625, TAIWAN and 1204519528 on the other side

Please use the link on the left and request an RMA or please speak to the reseller since you just got the drive they should be able to replace it for you.
