You can request multiple items that is not a problem, but if they only have stock on one Item they ship the items separately. I have already asked customer service to look into this but if you still have questions or concerns you will need to speak with them directly. You're probably right about shipping separately if one isn't available it's just very odd there was zero notifications on what was happening. A simple update of "we're shipping two packages" in the RMA would have been very helpful. Either way I'm very satisfied with Corsair's support, thanks again! However, we will be moving to a new system this month that should improve the tracking system and help prevent this in the future. Sorry about that!
