Chris09
I'm on my second headset just got them replaced. Speakers were going out before and other problems. Now my problem is they dont have the option to set the Default format. When i got the headset back awhile ago it had all kind of options for the mic properties. Now the only options i have is 2,channel,16bit, 48000 hz (dvd quality) and cd. Also the Corsair vengeance 1500 is showing up in "Unspecified" with its name in the device and printer section. Edit: The only reason this is bothering me is I use mumble and vent. Sounded really good to others til now. I also tried recently updating all my drivers. Toasted
Check Device Manager and see if there is a error with the V1500. If there is, Please post the device status.
Chris09
Shows up as "This device is working properly" on the Sound, video and game controllers. Also that the drivers are up to date.
Toasted
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? Have you tried adjusting the audio settings in the headset control panel and see if you can get those extra options?
