mtcjustin
I have a TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31 My computer has been cutting off with no warning at random intervals. It seems to happen most when I am doing something intensive, but has also happened when all the only thing running is Chrome and I am actually away from the computer. I don't get a blue screen, or any errors. It just powers off, then turns back on. When it boots back up I get the Windows shut down unexpectedly prompt, but other then that no errors. Sometimes it cuts off again while booting up. This can happen several times before it gets through the boot successfully. I have monitored CPU and GPU temps with a log, and there are no spikes or other anomalies. Some days this will happen very frequently, other days go by without an incident. I am pretty much stumped so I need help. Here are the rest of my system specs: Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LE CPU: i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz Memory: F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL Video Card: GeForce GTX 560 Ti HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005 PSU: TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31 OS: Windows 7 64bit Thank you in advance for your help. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 3, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 3, 2012 Please un-check Auto restart under system properties in Start-up and recovery. That should show a BSOD if it hard stops and you should see an event logged int eh Event Viewer.
