Drangueos Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 I bought 3x AF140 and 2x SP120, but when I was installing one of the AF140 with the supplied screws, I noticed that the Plastic+rubber that supports it was broken, so the screw couldn't be fixed. I opened a case support on 11/5/2012 2:31:24 PM I got the last update on 11/8/2012 1:03:58 PM and now 20 days later I'm still waiting for an answer. Sorry, but we did look at your message and the best recourse is either you go through the RMA process to get a replacement or contact your reseller for an exchange.
