Ufife
I've bought a new tx650 v2 and can't get the 24 pin to fit into the socket, the 8 pin pretty much slipped in. This is the first psu i've installed so I'm wondering if this is a problem with the product or if I should just try harder.
peanutz94
Sometimes they are just a pain to get inserted. You have 24 pins that all have to fit in at the same time. They can be a PIA sometimes. It should go in eventually.
geronimo427
The 20 + 4 plug and 24 receptacle(motherboard)are a standard Molex configuration. Attach the 20 + 4 pin plug together, as one unit, first and then plug it into the receptacle. The plug orienation should be that the plug clips fit over the bars on the sides of the receptacle.
