AbSoluTc Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 I have submitted a rebate but for some reason, the tab that had the bar code form that I needed to print out vanished. Is there a way to reprint this form? It states it's required for me to mail in my submission. I received the confirmation email. Do I just create another submission instead?
