Is CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9 compatible with AsRock Z77 Extreme4 ?

i've looked on the motherboard support list and that memory is not listed.

I've checked on corsair memory finder and i've not seen that memory listed

I've done a search on the forum but looks like nobody has ever asked this.

 

but

 

ive find a guy on a forum wich has z77 extreme 4 with CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

 

so my question is:

 

is that ram compatible with AsRock Z77 extremee or not?

 

I just built up a new computer and the ram ive bought didnt work, so i wouldnt like to fail a second time.. and i really like that corsair ram (coz i've find a nice offert online).. so..

Yes, those would be compatible witht that MB and should run just fine.

 

Just make sure your BIOS is up to date and then enable the XMP profile and all should be good!
