Jman3350
My computer turns on (just built it today) and when I turn on the computer the corsair logo is blue for about 5-10 seconds and then turns red. The fans also make a loud clicking/grinding noise. I'm using an asus p8z77-pro Mobo and a intel core i7 3770k CPU. I haven't gotten the system to boot up and display video yet. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 24, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 24, 2012 I would suggest using a stock CPU Cooler if you have one to get the system running then you can connect the H100i externally and see if its working properly. Jman3350
I attached the stock CPU cooler and I have the computer running but I don't know how to connect it externally. I don't have a manual, only a quick start guide.
Toasted
Plug the H100i's SATA power cable to a SATA power cable from the PSU and turn on your computer.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 26, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 26, 2012 Once you you have connected the pump to the SATA power from the PSU. Connect the fans and see if the grinding/clicking noise continues, if it does, unplug the fans and see if it goes away.
