Realism51
Just started having some slow down during the boot phase of computer, like after windows starts up, cant click documents for almost 3 minutes, and when it comes up takes a long time for things to load, like document files to be associated with microsoft office. Ran a Health scan using HD TUNE 2.55 for my Corsair Force 3 SSD and its telling me it is a SATA II. WHy is this happening. Im freaking out because it keeps acting like my computer is going to crash and lose everything

Yellowbeard
Try a utility made for SSDs, not one made for HDDs. Crystal Disk Info is a good one.

Toasted
Your drive is running on SATA III 6.0Gb/s. The ATTO results show it. AS RAM GUY mentioned try use a different SATA Port, and change the SATA data cable.
