boot problem

hello i hope somebody can help me

I have hp pavilion dv4-2167sb laptop

and i bought 2 corsair force gt 240gb, in one i upgrade to the firmware ver 5.03 and keep the other with the ver 5.02, but have the same problem with both sometimes boot ok an works ok once is starting, but sometimes ( 4 0f 10, ) it get stock at the hp start screen and if i press esc for acces the bios is totally freeze, it was working good before with a corsair sata II 256gb but i sold it

 

I already update my bios to the las ver

crystaldiskinfo 4.1.3 says health status 100% good as below describe

I have tried with win 7with all drivers and updtaes and ubuntu with no results

OK I did with the ssd ver 5.03 in other Dell studio lap I3 and it is working ok from 10 tries 10 work fine so I guess the problem is my hp lap... it does have something call quick web boot but i disable in the bios probably it need in order to boot to install this thing on the ssd but i dont like this thing at all, also i dont have the restore cds or partiton sicence a wile becasue the other ssd was working fine

 

any idea?
