GigabyteGA8iK1100 & PC3200.. Need help.

I have 2 modules of PC3200 XMS (512 ea) on a Gigabyte 8iK1100 motherboard. My problem is that when I have both installed(in the correct DIMMs) I get errors in test 5 of Memtest86. Also I believe it is the cause of games crashing on my system. But the ram is good because I tested each individually and came up with NO errors. I purchased both modules of ram seperatly. Being a noob I didn't really know a lot about the matched pair thing and I still dont. So does anyone think that my ram being a non-matched pair would be the cause of my problems? Thank you.

Edit: I forgot to add. I have the revision 2 of the board and using BIOS FG

Getting errors in only test 5 suggests that it may be the CPU. What is the exact part # of each stick, including version #? What CPU / FSB do you have? When you tested them, did you test them in different slots or the same slot?

Both part #s are CMX512-3200C2PT XMS3202v2.2

Im using a P4 3.0E. Running at stock speeds. Nothing overclocked. Dual Channel is enabled currently.

First I tested in DIMMs 1&4 then 2&5 then 3&6. Tested both individually in DIMM 1.
