Hi there,

 

Basically I sent an RMA Request on 9/3/2012 for my Corsair AX850 which failed after 3 weeks of usage.

 

My RMA number is #5021635.

 

I have not received any notice yet on my PSU being received since 5 days ago, is this still normal because my postage should have been next day delivery by TNT?

I am sorry but it would be best to call our customer service by phone, you can use SPYPE and call the toll free number listed under contact on our main site. You may need to provide POD but they can force the replacement with POD.

No I am sorry but they do not offer End user support in that office, all tech support and customer service is done here in USA for any one world wide.

Please install Skype and call the toll free number it will be a free call.

And you can use http://www.timeanddate.com to get the time difference or our local time

I am sorry but that was the point of asking you to call our customer service by phone so they can answer these questions for you, if you still have questions please call them back. I am sure they will do their best to help you.
