Cable from H70 pump you connect on motherboard some chasis fan header(always spin at full speed, around 1450RPM). 2 fans connect like this http://i.imgur.com/YnWem.jpg and that last cable connect on CPU Fan header somewhere above CPU socket or near RAM slots.
