ewikoo
Hello, I just bought a K60 from an online reseller and I received it today. I just noticed that I don't have an "F1" key. Instead, I have 2 "Esc" keys side-by-side. What are my options right now in trying to get a "F1" key back?
Toasted
Contact your reseller and ask if they can replace the keyboard for you, If not, Request an RMA to replace the keyboard.
ewikoo
Is an exchange/RMA the only solution? There is nothing physically wrong with the keyboard besides that one key. Couldn't Corsair just send me that one "F1" key instead having me send back the entire keyboard to the reseller/Corsair (I would probably lose out on the shipping for either options). Toasted
They don't have the keys available as separate parts. But if you want to try, Request an RMA and ask if they can send a F1 key, Instead of RMAing the whole keyboard.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 30, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 30, 2012 Unfortunately we don't have spare keys. We would require a RMA for a replacement keyboard. Can you also take a screenshot of those two keys you have so I can pass it on?
