Problem with UPS really high brokerage fees

Hi, I am from Quebec and I recently bought the red individually sleeved cables for my power supply. It was actually already a high price for the cables (100$) and the shipping cost horrified me (20$), but I could get over this. What I can't accept is to see UPS knock at my door and ask me to pay them 60$ of brokerage fees!!!! So total I paid 180$ for cables! Being a Corsair customer since long and always buying most of my PC product from them, I must say that, this time, I am really not satisfied. Is there anyway to get my money back for the brokerage fees?

I am sorry but no not from Tech support. You should have refused the package and spoken with our customer service. I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and see what they can do. I am sorry but when it comes to money I am like Mushroom.
