Memory not showing in bios/windows7

Hello,

Im currently needing any type of information on what could be causing this, the problem in particular is that I have 2x2GB ram sticks (part number in specs) however only one stick is showing that it is installed in BIOS and windows is reporting that it has only 2GB installed as well, although CPUID is showing that both sticks are in and showing a total size of 4096MB except its in single channel(not the problem)

I have uploaded three images two from CPUZ and one from task manager showing my problem : /

I have updated my bios to the latest revision moved sticks about etc only thing I havent done yet is do a memtest which I will proceed to do.

If there is any information could anybody please point it out to me?

Thanks alot

Test each stick individually in the same slot to be sure one of them is not failing. If they both pass , swap the sticks around to other slots and re-run memtest to see if you can narrow it down to any particular slot.
