My board needs a 24,8 AND 4 pin power supply

But the Corsair 750 only has a 24 + 8. The manual states I can break the 8 into 2 4's but thats not what I need. I need a 24 and an 8 and a 4.

My motherboard is a Tyan Tempest S2696 i5000Xt.

Did I buy the wrong power supply or is there an adapter I need?

thanks

Why doesn't that work? The specifications indicate the HX750 comes with 2 EPS 12V cables and they usually split into 2 4-pin halves each (which would give you the 8-pin and 4-pin that you need for that board). Is that not the case with yours?

I apologize. The Corsair specifications listed on the product's page might be incorrect. I finally found a review of the HX750 and that shows only one (1) EPS cable. Obviously that's what you have. I'm sorry. The AX series PSUs do come with two. I own an AX750 and an AX1200 and used to have an AX850 and I can attest that all of those have 2 EPS cables.
