MSI K8N Neo Platinum with current RAM

I have 2 sticks of Corsair CMX512-3200C2 in my current system. I plan on getting an AMD 64 3400+ and a MSI K8N Neo Platinum. I'd like to know if my 2 sticks of CMX512-3200C2 will work with the new motherboard. If so, what are the recommend timings that I should set the RAM to run at? Thanks

Hexus even has a screenshot of it at 2.75v.

XMS3200C2 would be rated at Cass 2.5 on AMD platform! Please follow the link in my signature "What are the correct timings for My Module?" and look up the part# in question!

Well, it looks like there was one problem with the RAM. I have two different versions of it. Version 1.2 and 2.2, and the motherboard does not like the 1.2 version. Even with both sticks, it only reads the RAM as being 256MB running at 333Mhz. I'm just going to buy all new RAM. I should have done that in the first place.
