Rma Case #: 4691321

Hello from Troubled Greece! :biggrin:

Is it possible to tell me my rma status because I've been going to the 'Check your RMA Status' page and I have to fill in my case number and pass. When I do this, it takes me to the page where I fill in what product I want to RMA. I can't see the status of the RMA at all!

It looks like the status for your RMA has not been updated yet. However our system is not always real time and it may take up to 72 hours for information to be updated. Please use the link at the bottom of our main webpage to contact our customer service department directly for more information regarding the status of the RMA.

It would be for you to speak with our customer service by phone if this is not resolved the number is listed under contact on the main site. I did send them a message but that is about all I can do. Sorry!
