H80 no RMA response

Hi,

 

I am looking to do an advanced RMA for my H80 since the fan speed is stuck and has stayed that way since I purchased it. I have tried the reset procedure multiple times and tested the fans...it is definitely the control unit. Anyway, I requested and RMA over the long weekend and have still not received a response. I just took the time to resend my RMA request through the system a few minutes ago.

 

Help with this would be appreciated,

Since it was a long weekend and Corsair was closed it may be a day or so before the system catches up. Your best bet would be to call them by phone since you are wanting to set up an advanced RMA. That is something that has to be done with CS directly and can't be handled on the forums
