I allready did a RMA request and it is allready approved but I had a question which was not be answered.


So here is teh text from the RMA and I hope somebody kann help me.


I bought an AX1200 in November and since a few days the fan of the PSU cheeps/squeaks all the time. When I slow down the fan with my finger, the noise is over, so the noise definitly comes from the fan.


I´ve heard about an "advanced RMA", is this possible?

Because I want to avoid that i have no PSU for several days and it would be easier to replace only the PSU without the cables because of my cable management.

No I am sorry you will want to call them by phone and you can get the number from the Contact Link on our main site and you can install skype and call the toll free number for free.
