Trouble Placing an Order

Hi,

 

I'm trying to place an order for an extra set of fans for my H100 (CW-8960007) but every time I place the order, I get the error: "Gateway error: This transaction has been declined.".

 

Is there any particular reason this happens?

This can happen if you have a firewall that is blocking some of the communication that is taking place. Or it could be as simple as the browser you are using is not working with the site.

Try another browser, and if you use IE 9 I would enable compatibility mode.

Thanks for the response Ram Guy.

 

I tried as you advised and went with IE 9 in compatibility mode and switched off my firewall.

 

The final step, purchasing the product, still didn't work. The other steps (Name, address, mailing address, CC info, etc.) all worked fine. It's just the last step to the purchase that's giving me trouble. Any other ideas?

I am sorry about that I would suggest calling our customer service by phone, the number is listed under contact on the main site. And they are available from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday excluding Holidays.
