M90 not responding to software.

I just purchased the M90. I installed the latest beta drivers (2.12) and updated to v108 Firmware.


Nothing happens in the software. I cannot change DPI or set macros. Making adjustments doesn't seem to be changing the mouse settings at all.


My first firmware update said it was successful but it didn't help. Since then, if I try to update the firmware again I get the the message in the updater:


"Change Firmware Work mode Fail!"


Any suggestions on how to get the mouse and software to link up? I'm coming from a Naga and so far the build quality of the M90 is superior...but the Naga works. I'd really like to get this M90 up and running.

Please do the following steps:


Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > USB Settings > USB selective suspend setting > Disabled


Then run the firmware update again.
