TWINX 3200C2 voltage?

I can't find the rated and max voltage for the TWINX1024 3200C2 modules. I'm running them at 2.5-3-36 1T in my DFI Ultra Infinity (dual channel) and I would like to get something a little better (newegg sold those sticks to me as CAS2 without specifying that it was for P4 only). I tried to set the timings to CAS2 but winXPwon't start. The mobo currently sets the voltage to a "default" of 2.65 (readback value). I keep seeing 2.7 mentionned in this forum: what is the min-max-typical voltage rating for those modules? Anyone has experienced with OC'ing them? Looks like my CPU will do FSB 217x2 to 220x2 stable.

OC'ing with them may produce good results and it may not, you can only try. Stick with the 2.5-3-3-6 or 2.5-4-4-8 timings when OC'ing, then tighten them up to see what you can do after you've upped the FSB. As for voltage, 2.7 is reccommended for these modules, but the warranty covers them up to 2.9 volts. I doubt they'd even work at anything under 2.5 volts. PLUR CK
