Case #2759136 Status

I opened an RMA case about a week and a half ago and I sent it the next day (28.03.2012) and I have not recieved a confirmation of receipt. Can you confirm you have recieved it? If you have got it and are going to fix/replace it, can you hold it for sending for a week because no one will be on the premises until next Saturday (14.04.2012)
