Can't check RMA status

I recently sent an item off for RMA but for whatever reason, I cannot check the status. Whenever I pt in my details to check RMA status (Case# and password), I am just redirected to the "request RMA" section with my request already filled in.

You have to go through the screens to get to the message tab, just keep clicking next. And I sent our customer service a message is about all I can do sorry. Or I would suggest calling them by phone the number is listed under contact on the main site and you can install skype and call the toll free number for free.

Your RMA was processed on the 24th so I am sure it is on the way back. But you can contact our customer service on Tuesday after 8:00 AM Pacific Time to follow up on this case.
