keur
Hi I'm planning to buy a corsair power supply, probably in France or spain. I was wondering as I live in Africa, if i have a problem with it, would it be a problem for an eventual RMA Thanks in advance Best regards
Wired
Short answer: Yes Long answer: read the warranty site - http://www.corsair.com/support/warranty/
keur
The warranty page says : "We have multiple RMA receiving locations worldwide. Your RMA confirmation will specify the specific return address you must use when sending your RMA package. This will be your standard return location and should not be changed without prior approval from Corsair. Any packages received at an unauthorized location may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense" So if send to the right RMA location it can be ok? For example I live in Senegal now... Where would be the suitable RMA center ? Best regards
Wired
You're thinking too deep :) Apply for an RMA, and as long as you're on planet Earth they'll tell you which RMA depot to send it to. It'll either be in NL or Taiwan.
