corsair 400r left side panel

Hi guys I just got my new 400r delivered. There seems to be some problem with the left side panel. I am able to remove the right side panel but the left side panel just won't come off. I even removed the thumbscrews off completely but it seems to be stuck.

 

Am I missing something?

 

 

edit: it seems to be stuck at the top, the bottom one budges enough.

-Try lay the case flat and use force to slide it.

 

If it doesn't come out, Contact your seller and see if he would replace it. If not, Request an RMA.

Thanks for the reply. I did do that but didn't work. I just wanted to be sure that I am not doing anything wrong cuz a case is a heavy thing to ship back.

Does the panel look like it is damaged?

 

if not, it was probably incorrectly assembled.

Pull on the bottom of the front panel and remove it (it snaps in and out) then see if you can see why the side panel wont come off. The side panel has a formed piece in the back to use as a handle to slide the panel to the rear.

even i had the same problem and still having but i was able to remove the side panel.first pull the panel with force from the down side towards the upper direction and then pull it from top.

Thank you guys but I had the retailer replace the case and the side panel does comes off with a slight snap.
