stoopkid
I've just filed an RMA for a several year old HX750W. I have the box, padding and cables all ready to go, do I need to search for my manuals and satin bag in order to have my PSU replaced? Wired
Just send the PSU. Don't need to send cables or the bag.

stoopkid
The RMA site is telling me to put this label on my package, but whenever I've ever shipped anything, they've given me their own shipping label to send it with and advised to not have any outside text or markings. What am I to do? Also is there any chance of getting a prepaid shipping label? Why am I paying to have this defective product sent in for repair?
