ashishchamaria
Hello, I recently bought a USB2.0 32GB Flash Drive, Model No. CMFVYA32GB. And I also bought another USB3.0 32GB Flash Drive, Model No. CMFVY3S-32GB. I plugged-in both in my WindowsXP based laptop, but both of them show a slightly different total capacity. The USB2.0 drive shows a capacity of 32,479,637,504 bytes. The USB3.0 drive shows a capacity of 32,094,744,576 bytes. I am getting about 367Mb less capacity on my usb3.0 drive, even though both are 32GB drives. Can you please explain if this is by design? and why? Thanks, Ashish
