Case # 2756382 RMA Problems

Hello there! Recently, my pair of Corsair Vengeance 1100's Broke, so i did what was suggested. I Sent in a tech support ticket, got a reply advising an RMA, and filled out the form. The problem is, i did this on the 3/19/12. It's 3/21/12 and i have yet to get a response or anything from tech support. Curious what happened? Quite a hassle considering i can't wear my headphones ( Plastic broke on one side, now just hanging on by the rubber )
