Chief Joseph
The emails didn't say, I am RMAing my GS600 and XMS3 memory, am I supposed to put them back in their original boxes? Or just put them in a box with padding as they are.
Yellowbeard
Original packaging is best if you have it but is not required. Be sure to use something non static for the memory if you don't have the original packaging for it. Pack them well enough that they will be protected from damage in shipping. Chief Joseph
Both my RMA's were received last Friday. How long does it take for the replacements to be shipped out. So far the RMA shows receipt of the items, but all the other categories still show N/A.
Yellowbeard
Unfortunately, the forum/tech support cannot provide this information. You'll need to get that information from Customer Service via phone or via the message function in your TSX case.
Chief Joseph
Can you tell me if they send out tracking info when they ship back? Or will it just appear?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 27, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 27, 2012 Yes normally an auto email will get generated with the tracking info when the order is processed. However, there have some cases where this auto response is not going out and if so please let me know the case number so I can ask our customer service to check ti for you. But as yellow beard suggested it is best to contact them directly.
