However, I was told on the Warranty page that Advance RMA's are available, but only by request. Case Number #2756058 I also would like to say that after reading a while, this device happens to be part of a epidemic failure, and I would appreciate free shipping :/ And, I would hope that the one I get back is actually built properly.
