Advance RMA Requests?

Hello, Ive got a faulty 1100 headset, and i went to support, and I received a message from them to do a RMA. However, I was told on the Warranty page that Advance RMA's are available, but only by request.

I also would like to say that after reading a while, this device happens to be part of a epidemic failure, and I would appreciate free shipping :/ And, I would hope that the one I get back is actually built properly.

I have sent them a message for you but as peanutz94 suggested you will need to speak with them by phone to complete this transaction. Our hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday Excluding Holidays. And the number is listed under Contact on the main site.
