Jamestee
Just check my SSD using ATTO and I’ve noticed its dropped from 500mb/s read to 400mb/s from about 3 / 4 months ago, is this normal? And if so what can I do?
FoLmEr
You sure you're not mixing something up? Because your motherboard only provides SATA3 via an onboard marvell controller, which is limited to a maximum of ~400MB/s reads and around 250 write. Also, the specs of the Force series are derived from utilizing an native Intel SATA3 controller. You can try secure erasing the disk to regain factory performance - whatever that might be in your case, since you're not using a native Intel SATA3 port. There should be a guide in the stickies. escannihilator
or a program called diskeeper 2011 with hyperfast for optimizing your ssd without having to secure wipe them. http://www.condusiv.com/home-use/diskeeper/hyperfast/overview/
