Question regarding to H100 Cooler: Can the nodules on the cooling block be turned?

The 2 cylinder shaped nodules that connect the cooling block to the pipes (the ones that stick out on the side of the cooling block) - can they be turned? Just wondering. I haven't tried it and I don't want to break it :P

Yes, they swivel and can be turned .
