Pix3l_Fodder
I've submitted an RMA request but had no response email back regarding receiving an RMA request? Just needed some 2011 screws for my heatsink! I hope it doesn't take to long.

Pix3l_Fodder
I have not yet received one :( I saw in your sig that it can take up to 48 hours I just guessed I would have seen at least an automated response saying you have received the request. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 13, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 13, 2012 Your case number is 2738777 please check your email as we have sent you two messages. And H60 does not come with Mounting hardware for socket 2011 we suggest H80 or H100 for that socket.

Pix3l_Fodder
I now have my rma number and filled out the form, but I think they're asking me to send the whole heaksink back just for some screws, is it not possible to to have them sent to me? Sorry for being so awkward but being in the uk sending that to the Netherlands will cost a fortune. I'm I confused? Is that what they're asking for me to do (considering the rma message) Much thanks
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 13, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 13, 2012 No they will send you a new mount kit you do not need to send anything.
