ive tried setting up the timings as specified 2-3-3-6 abnk interleave 4 way and t1 command, but the system locks up and is really slugish and for some reason memtest will not boot. i have options for ref to act/ref to ref timings the default is 12 and some kind of write red master disabled or enables settings what should they be i know your site says keep the other settings at default but on my amd a7v880 board the default is at 12t so which should it be. thanks

I would suggest that you set the timings as listed for the module you have and any setting not listed should be set to Bios default! In other words for AMD it might be best at 12 and for Intel it might be best at 11, but I would just let the bios set that setting! I would also suggest testing the modules one at a time and let's make sure one is not failing!
