RMA help, case #2731788

Ok so at the moment, I have my defected HS1 headset which I'm hoping to RMA. I've already sent an RMA, but I can't seem to check the status on it. Everytime I try to check the status on it, it asks me for a password, and it tells me that it's wrong when I enter it. Each time I go and try to check the status, I've used a different password that's been sent to me. I can't tell if my RMA is getting through either, because when I'm able to enter my password, it brings me to the page where I submitted the RMA. I'm rather new to RMA'ing, so I was hoping to see if it was possible to get a status check or see if my RMA has even gotten through yet. Due to it bringing me back to the page where I submitted the RMA. I've clicked send about 5 times already, because I can't tell if my RMA is getting through or not. My main questions here are : Is my RMA being processed at the moment, and how long does it usually take to get a response? I sent my RMA in at about 4:30 today.
