Defective Parts Not Yet Received

My PSU was sent on March 2nd and arrived in netherlands yesterday morning (monday) according to ups. However i still have the same message "Defective Parts Not Yet Received" even after 24 hours have passed. How long will it take to know about the status and also to get back another psu ?

I have another question : i read on the corsair may provvide new or refurbished units and i would like to know how to know if the unit that I will receive will be new or used, and what is the criteria of chossing to give a new or refurb unit. (I sent back an Hx520 and according to waht they told me today I should receive an Hx650)

 

Also I would like to know if the new unit will be covered from full warranty or limited time warranty ( like 30 days, or something like that)

I received a brand new Hx650 this morning. Great customer service, great company. I was a Corsair fan and from now on I don't think I'll go with any other brand unless I have to.
