rumpleforeskin
Hi all, As per the topic title, everytime I restart my PC the headphones produce stereo output even with dolby selected. After changing the iput to 5.1 the sound is back to normal and the prologic indicator illuminates. Is there a way to force the settings to persist between reboots? Thanks
rumpleforeskin
Maybe someone can tell me if this happens to them too, or the problem is just my computer?
rumpleforeskin
nobody will tell me if they have to reset the 5.1 input option to reactivate dolby when they reboot?
OmniNegro
I use 7.1 instead. So I abstained from answering since I honestly have no idea about 5.1 channel mode. I can think of no reason it should be that way however.
rumpleforeskin
thanks for taking the time to respond. When i use the 7.1 it seems to work fine, but i find the dolby setting sounds more natural when for video games and movies. I was hoping other also had the problem and it was a bug that would be fixed, if i am alone I guess i better fidling to get it working as it should ;)
