No Response from Customer Service

Hello,

 

On 18th February I opened a case (#2673726) regarding fan noise and a defective fan controller on my 600T. On the 21st February I was told that my request was being forwarded to Customer Service and that I would hear from them soon.

I have still not heard anything.

 

Is the expected reply time this long, or should I have heard something by now?

No there is no need to return anything unless our customer service requests it and if they do they will normally give you specific Directions. So unless the specifically asked you to don't worry abput it.
