Case:2655836‏ No update for Week

I sent my corsair power supply off for a RMA and know my parcel was signed for and received at the a address provided (Netherlands)

 

The power supply was signed for on 21/2/12 and since then I have heard nothing back via email from corsair even regarding the fact that the power supply has been received let alone that the part has been tested.

 

What can I do now to speed the process along as I had to wait a week before I even received the RMA case number after filling in the form anyway and am growing quite tired of waiting now....

I am sorry that has not been updated most likely it is in processing but I have sent a message to our customer service and asked them to check into this ASAP.

Or you can contact them by phone by installing skype and call the toll free number listed under contact on our web site.
