brunlea Posted February 27, 2012 Share Posted February 27, 2012 My RMA was issued on 20/02/12 and I sent my PSU on 21/02/12 from the UK to Netherlands. It arrived there on the 23rd according to the delivery tracker. However, on my RMA status page it states "Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received". It has been quite a few days now since the defective parts were received however the status has not updated. How long can i expect the turnaround to take as i was expecting to receive a replacement/repair by end of this week? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
