Defective parts not yet received?....

My RMA was issued on 20/02/12 and I sent my PSU on 21/02/12 from the UK to Netherlands. It arrived there on the 23rd according to the delivery tracker. However, on my RMA status page it states "Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received". It has been quite a few days now since the defective parts were received however the status has not updated.

 

How long can i expect the turnaround to take as i was expecting to receive a replacement/repair by end of this week?

I am sorry that has not been updated most likely it is in processing but I have sent a message to our customer service and asked them to check into this ASAP.

Or you can contact them by phone by installing skype and call the toll free number listed under contact on our web site.
