swae
So in the last week or two opened two RMAs, case#'s 2671401 and 1671447, both for the same product. I have 2 sets of 2 sticks of CM2X2048-8500C5D That cause any system that I put them in to BSOD. One of the RMA's was opened and it said the email was sent, but I never received it. I checked and made sure the email was correct. On the other they told me that they need both the sticks, but didn't open the RMA. What do I do? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 26, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 26, 2012 I am sorry but you will need to use another email client; Comcast will block the emails because of the reply address that is used. I would suggest Hotmail or Yahoo or Google mail.
swae
I did just receive one of the emails right after you posted, and I also started up a gmail account. Should I send in both of the sets I have with their appropriate RMA numbers, or start another with the new email?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 27, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 27, 2012 Case number 2671401 has been changed to reflect 2 sets of modules so just use this case number and send both sets and disregard the other case number.
