No update on RMA

The defective product for my RMA (#2595280) was received by Corsair on 2/6/2012, which is two and a half weeks ago now. I have still yet to hear anything back on the status of this. I even called last Friday and customer service was absolutely no help at all. Is there anything else that can be done to find out information on my RMA or to push them to get my replacement sent out?
