Macey Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Hi I sent my K90 keyboard back because an led did not work and it was received by corsair in the Netherlands on 14/02/2012 and confirmed by you that it was received. this was on the 17/02/2012 that you confirmed you had it and this is the last I have heard from you since then. Is there anyway to check whats going on? since I thought once you had them in the system it would take 1-2 days to send a new part out. Cheers Stephen.
