DOA ram, sent to corsair almost 3 weeks ago

I sent out the faulty ram a while ago and it still has not been noted as received by corsair, I bought it faulty in December, have never gotten a chance to use it, and really would like to be able to have a working stick of ram by friday... can someone check and see if it has actually arrived, I'm pretty disgusted by this whole situation...

I have sent a message to our customer service which is about all we can do from Tech support. But you can contact them directly if you like the number is listed under Contact on the main site.
